In Umamusume, conditions are a status effect your Uma can get after doing certain things. These conditions can be good or bad, so getting a positive condition is a good thing, and negative conditions should be avoided if possible. In this article, we go over conditions in Umamusume, including all the current conditions in the game (including some that are not available in the global version just yet). Keep reading to learn more.

Conditions Overview

  1. There are two types of conditions in Umamsume: negative and positive. Negative conditions have a blue background and give your Uma a debuff, while positive conditions have an orange background and give your Uma a benefit or buff.
    • Conditions are usually randomly received after certain Trainee events, though some are applied in other ways.
    • Negative conditions can almost always be removed at the Infirmary (though there are other ways to heal them as well). Positive conditions usually can't be removed.
    • The support card Hayakawa Tazuna (Tracen Reception) has a chance to remove negative conditions as well.[1]
    • According to Reddit user Artist_mugi, some negative conditions are worse than others. Slow Metabolism and Slacker should be removed immediately, while conditions like Practice Poor, Night Owl, Migraine, and Dry Skin aren't as pressing to heal right away.
