How do I tell my mother that I do NOT ever want to live with her?

My parents are divorced and have been since I was 2. My mother seems to have npd or something of that area, and she is emotionally manipulative a lot of the time to me about who I choose to live with. I have to see her in the summers (She is in PR, I'm in Florida) and it's exhausting. I am not old enough to have my own opinions and for them to make an impact in court, and I don't know what to do. My mom says I don't have to go with her this summer and it is my choice. Except I feel like if I say no she will make it sound like my dad has made me hate her (which she has said in court before, along with my dad apparently being neglective). What do I do, and how do I tell her?

I love my mom, I just want to know a way to make her respect my boundaries.
I hate it when people touch me especially my mom. I don't know why she's really nice and It's not like I have trauma but I just don't like it. I have told her that multiple times and I say it in an assertive way but she doesn't listen to me and doesn't respect my boundaries. I love my mom, I just want to know a way to make her respect my boundaries. How do I fix this?

How do I deal with toxic parents, what do I do?
My parent's are so annoying they demand they they are right and say stuff like I will hit you for just a small reason and they will just keep yelling at me and they never listen and understand me.

They are so overprotective and they wont give me space, It's not normal for a parent to treat a teenager like that right? If I talk and stand up they will interrupt me and shout at me and they will also compare to me.

My stepmom always compares me with her own daughter. My stepsister is a snitch and she is toxic too, she keeps so many things from her own mom but when I share her something she just spills it all out and just imagine living with parents who wont even let you wear shorts even at home.

My parents are so strict especially at an age where we know we are independent and that we are growing up. My dad still jokes and it's irritating and I hate my stepmom and my stepsister until they came and ruined my life literally! They say hurtful words and such word that you cant even imagine and literally It's just a pain. Ever since 6 and now I'm 17 and just imagine I mean. Hope once you get this you are able to do answer but what do I do guys?

Hey guys! I'm in a bit of a situation. My parents think I'm just nonbinary but I'm also trans and I don't know how to tell them.
Background: My parents (Very catholic mom, not really religious dad), aren't really supportive of the LGBTQ+ community and now that I've been sure for a really long time I need to come out to them. I don't know how though and I'm scared they'll judge me or yell at me or something. They have both disrespected my they/them pronouns and so I'm scared of adding on he/him pronouns as well. But they've also made it clear that they'll love me no matter what and I am just so confused about how to tell them. Have any ideas?

I know I need to come out to my parents but I’m not sure how to…and aren’t exactly willing to
So Im nonbinary (AFAB) and I have only came out to my friends….but not my parents im really worried that someone will tell them before I can but I truly just don’t want to explain it..but on the other hand idk how much longer I can wait..becuse every day ig seems like im getting more and more dysphoric every day.

my parents found out I've been telling my friends I'm non-binary and use they/them but they think its teenage hormones or a delusion. how do I tell them its genuine?
