Tips
-
Wet bread works better than dry bread as it stays on the hook longer. Thanks
-
Bigger pieces of bread don't always mean bigger fish so don't make your pieces too large. Thanks
-
Don't waste bread! Only try about 2 slices of bread the first time to see if your fish like the bread. Thanks
Tips from our Readers
- Use smaller pieces of bread. If you use a larger piece, the fish will take longer to get to the hook and might be able to pull the bread off the hook entirely.
- Since the bread is light, attaching a small weight will help with casting distance.
Warnings
- You may lose some pieces of bread because your hook will scrape the floor of the body of water you're at.Thanks
- Don't swing your fishing rod around like a light saber. Thanks
