This will save the downscaled version. Any way to get the full resolution easily?

I just tried this and got the full-sized version of the image. I don't know how you got a downscaled version. You may need to select "Open in new tab" before right-clicking it again and saving. Also, make sure you're right-clicking the image in the panel on the right (clicking the image on the left, in the Google grid, will result in a downscaled image).

You'd use the first method that's called "Using a phone or tablet" -- long-press the image and then select "Save image" from the menu.

Not every website allows its images to be downloaded. If they have image protection, you may not be able to download.
