Speaker cones get popped easily. Whether your children think it's funny or you've accidentally dropped your speaker during transit this article will help you unpop your speaker cone. This will improve sound quality. You may also use this method on Subwoofers.

How to Fix a Popped Speaker Cone

Stick a piece of tape to the center of the popped speaker cone. Then, slowly pull the piece of tape out to unpop the speaker cone. If that doesn't work, try placing a cardboard tube around the cone and breathing in forcefully through the other end.

Get a piece of sellotape and stick it over the speaker cone using a pencil to lightly work the sellotape over the indented areas, pull as hard as you can from both ends of the tape. Again, this may take a while.

Set your vacuum cleaner to it's lowest suction setting and gradually increase the suction. This may take a while.
Insert a paper clip into the cone and bend it so you can push the cone back out, then cover the hole with some nail varnish or paint.
Your speaker cone should now be unpopped and ready to use.
