Need an easy way to make fried rice
Homemade fried rice is super easy once you get the basics down! The biggest tip: use cold, day-old rice so it fries instead of turning mushy. From there, keep it simple: sauté garlic, add veggies, push to the side, scramble an egg, then toss in the rice with soy sauce and a little sesame oil. Optional add-ins like chicken, shrimp, or tofu make it even better. Quick, flavorful, and way cheaper than takeout!

How soften brown sugar quickly
1. Microwave Method (fastest — 20–30 sec)

Put the hardened sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.

Cover it with a damp (not dripping) paper towel.

Microwave in 10–15 second bursts, checking and breaking it apart with a fork.

Works in under a minute.

2. Oven Method (for bigger bags)

Heat oven to 250°F (120°C).

Spread sugar on a baking sheet.

Warm for 5 minutes, then break it apart.

Careful: it can melt if overheated.

3. Bread or Apple Slice Method (15–60 min)

Put the sugar in an airtight container.

Add a slice of bread or an apple wedge.

Seal and wait. It softens as it absorbs moisture.
