How can I get big and stay motivated?

Hi I am a skinny teenager looking to get more fit, I have started workout plans many times but I don't stick with them, also I don't think they are quite as effective as I want them to be. Could you please give me some tips on exercises and motivation?

First of all, I think that it is totally ok and you should totally go for it. Because its better to take a shot at it then to never find out what could of hapened between you to because what I like to say is it is better to love and have lost rather then never love at all. While I'm not really a expert at relationships but give it a shot and see what could happen. most likely I think he will like you back. Here is a quote that I think might help you
