Is dating a Scorpio hard?
Scorpio female. I was married to a man for 20 yrs. He was 16 years older than me but we had the SAME BIRTHDAY! So, as a Scorpio woman, with him, & a few other Scorpio's I dated, imo steer clear! Idk if it was just me but I had BAD experiences...

As a Scorpio female, you've hit the nail on the head each time you made a point. Wow, either you ARE one, or have been in a long term deep relationship with one. Can I ask which? My last man :(was emotionally unavailable and verbally abusive. I was so incredibly vulnerable and he knows my deepest darkest secrets, that I've NEVER told anyone, NOOO one! Now I'm scared that he has my story and took it with him! I was married for 20 yrs and he died 11 yrs ago. He was extremely dishonest and treated me like a prisoner. I couldn't go anywhere alone, not even church or to Drs appts. I wasn't allowed to carry any money. He gave me $20 on the 1st of the month but he was with me and had to approve my purchase. Needless to say, I didn't trust him with my secrets. When I met my last guy, he was extremely wonderful for 6mos. i flew across the country (Seattle, to Florida) to be with him. I was so happy to be there, but I was terrified of not having him. I was insecure and needed so much reassurance and he was extremely confident. All my life, my biggest dream was to truly know another & for him to truly know me and accept my demons and regrets. But every time I told him about my life, (and it WASN'T all bad. I have 5 wonderful children and had a lot of great memories with them) he thought I was dwelling on the past. I was just telling my story.
I learned about the things that were important to him, because that's what you do for someone you love.
But he always shunned & criticized my interests, taste in music, movies, and didn't care about anything that meant anything to me. I grieved him terribly when he left, but I now realize I give my entire heart and affection to whom I love. Yes I can be intense, but I'm extremely transparent from day one.
I think it's not too much to ask for the same, maybe not as intensely, but I DON'T deserve to be called names, criticized @every turn, and given the silent treatment or daily threats to leave me.
One thing I was a bit confused by, was your statement that Scorpio's are the most distrustful (or -ing can't remember) But did you mean to say we can't be trusted? Or that it's so hard for us to trust others? If you meant the latter, I agree wholeheartedly. Anyway, I'm impressed by the extent of your knowledge of Scorpio's. We are unfortunately extremely misunderstood by the masses. Thanks for your fair accurate understanding and perspective. Peace & Love, taridia17
